Voodoo is looking for an exceptionally skilled Recruitment Assistant. You will be working on fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by millions of people. You will be part of a small and high performing team, and will have the opportunity to grow your skills.

Location : Paris 75009

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing responses and verifying references.
  • Deeping your knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Managing interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging and meals, escorting applicant to interviews and arranging community tours.
  • Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Gathering recruited candidate's documents, and managing recruitment contracts and administrative issues.
  • Organizing School events to attract applicants.

Profil du candidat

REQUIREMENTS :
  • Prior recruitment experience (internships accepted).
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Very good listening and communication skills.
  • Very good analysis skills.
  • Organization skills.
  • Discipline and detail oriented.
NICE TO HAVES :
  • Working experience in a Recruiting Agency.
  • Knowledge of technical profiles.
  • Working experience in a startup.
OUTCOMES :
  • Triple the volume of recruitments.
  • Proposing new ways of recruiting applicants.
