We're looking for an experienced and extremely motivated Senior Producer to join the team of our game Frag Pro Shooter.

Responsibilities :

• Supports end-to-end pipeline development
  
• Create / maintain well-defined schedules, goals, and milestones
  
• Play a critical role in overseeing the artistic development and delivery of high-quality visuals and assets
  
• Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently
  
• Anticipate and mitigate blockers, before they become real issues for the team ; lean in and remove obstacles in workflow, resourcing or capacity
  
• Support the production team to help them do their best work
  
• Develop a deep understanding of the game and business, incl. existing features, product roadmap, and live operations
  
• Work on the economy side to improve revenue & retention KPIs
  
• Continuously monitor and identify new opportunities to improve player experience, ensuring a great experience for all players across all stages of their player journey.
  

What we're looking for :

• 8+ years of experience in production / project management in the mobile game industry
  
• Deep understanding of free-to-play development processes and pipelines, having successfully run a game project of significant scope from beginning to end with cross-functional teams
  
• Experience with analytics and understanding of engagement and monetization KPIs
  
• Passion for games and free-to-play mechanics
  
• Excellent collaboration skills and can work effectively with and influence other teammates
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Player-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative
