Description du poste
As a focal point for public-facing interactions and a key contact for user feedback. You will create, own and manage community content, develop player-focused programs, recommend or develop new tools and platforms that may assist in better managing, mobilising and empowering our fans.
You will work on a wide range of Square Enix Franchises including FINAL FANTASY, TOMB RAIDER as well as third party franchises including MARVEL.
You will engage the community to create content and to spread out the message through social and video networks.
You will build strong relationships with SE partners such as top players, youtubers, other influencers and fan sites.
You will always aim for players retention and new fans/players acquisition, external and will have an outreach focus.
You will conceive and execute community and consumer events plans in collaboration with local & European teams.
You will make best use of social monitoring tools to evaluate success/failure of communications plans, understand what our users are saying about our products, and keep a regular temperature check on the various elements within the audience.
You will develop a local video streaming channel, build an approved content pipeline and manage the live publication schedule.
You will work closely with local PR and marketing team to ensure consistency in the PR & Community / social network plan.
Profil du candidat
A minimum of 2 years' experience in community relationship building, partnerships/collaborations, talent management, entertainment, events, or related field.
Very strong communication skills.
Strong track record of engaging users and growing online communities.
Experience of working in agile/dynamic teams.
Understanding of what motivates gamers.
Experience in analysis tools and online content management systems.
Experience pulling data and interpreting it to find insights and takeaways.
Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills, while maintaining an ability to always stay focused on the work at hand.
Able to quickly build rapport up, down, and across the organization, establishing collaborative relationships to achieve objectives, tolerates diverse viewpoints being respectful and approachable.
Video Editing knowledge.
Able to travel, including internationally.
Your role will involve liaison with western studios and brand teams across Square Enix.
Reports to : SEF "Chef de Groupe Marketing" with a close working relationship with western studios and European projects stakeholders and more precisely with the SEJ (Square Enix Japan) European brand and communication directors and managers for the SEJ games.
