Atlas V is a Paris-based studio specializing in the creation of interactive and immersive experiences. After several years producing award-winning VR works recognized internationally, the studio is now strengthening its position in the video game industry by developing a new generation of immersive, casual games that are accessible and visually distinctive.

We have produced both casual games such as Jabu Jabu on Horizon Worlds and Scan or Scam on Quest, as well as international IPs like Mobile Suit Gundam : Silver Phantom and Wallace and Gromit : The Grand Getaway.

Lead QA Engineer

Position Duties

You will define and drive QA strategy throughout the production cycle, ensuring our games meet the highest quality standards. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will foster a quality-first culture, enabling teams to ship with confidence while balancing speed and player experience.
Define and drive QA strategy across the full production lifecycle, fostering a quality-driven engineering culture where quality is embedded from development to release.
Partner closely with production and development teams to prioritize, track, and resolve issues.
Design, implement, and continuously improve QA processes to scale across multiple products.
Define and drive the strategy for QA tools, automation, and test frameworks, designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
Create and maintain test strategies and plans to proactively identify issues.
Drive debugging, root cause analysis, and follow-up on bug fixes.

Candidate Profile

3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Test Automation in a gaming studio
Proven experience defining QA strategies and driving quality at scale, ideally within the video game industry
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Strong technical background with a hands-on mindset
Experience working across multiple teams and products
Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking improvement
Ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions with a focus on usability
Knowledge of one modern programming language is a plus

$What we offer

Permanent contract available immediately, based in Paris 11th.
