Lightbulb Crew is looking for an Office Manager assistant to support the HR team and coordinate the office. You will work closely with the Head of Administration to create a comfortable and healthy workplace for all our teammates.
As an Office Manager Assistant your main tasks will be maintaining HR processes, managing administrative operations and organizing events for the team to create a vibrant working culture in our remote / hybrid context. After a training period, you will be the main contact on administrative matters and you will manage team building activities (online and offline).
We are looking for someone who will :
Human Ressources :
- Daily HR administration (sick leaves, days off, etc..)
- Prepare contracts for salaries and freelances
- Coordinate onboardings and offboardings
- Help prepare paychecks
- Help organize / coordinate the recruitments
Office Management :
- Archive invoices in our accounting system
- Order office supplies
- Collect deliveries
- Help organize events and team building days
Contract : Internship (french school convention mandatory) /Alternance
Location : 157 Boulevard MacDonald, 75019, Paris, hybrid work
Wage : depending on the profile
