The beginning of your journey at Madbox as a Senior Tech Recruiter :
  • Starts with meeting your team, discovering who is who and engaging with everyone involved (or not ! ) in your missions
  • Continues with getting familiar with our stack, discovering our environement, tools and processes
  • You will of course play our games and learn more about the way we are making them the "Madbox way" !
  • Everything will be made for you to get you up to speed, take ownership and be ready to embody Madbox towards candidates

Responsibilities & Scope :
  • Drive full-cycle recruiting process for all job families at Madbox (Game Art / Dev / Design /Ops / Automation / Data / Support)
  • Work closely with the hiring team (the HR Manager and the recruiter) to handle open positions (+30 in 2024) for both our studios in Paris & Barcelona
  • Proactively source the best talents at different level of seniority (Director, Manager, Sr/Jr, interns), being creative & innovative in your reach-out methods while applying personal style to engage people
  • Ensures top-notch candidates experience with consistent communication and transparency
  • Build and nurture your network to engage potential leads
  • Work on hiring-related projects such as employer brand, candidate experience improvement, scorecard, tools, automation, etc.
  • Daily benchmarks of competitors and mobile gaming news and trends
  • Continuously partner with hiring team and hiring managers to improve processes and metrics

Profil recherché

What we are looking for :
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent Sourcer in the tech / software / apps industry (ideally with at least with 2 years within the games industry)
  • Proficiency in using multiple sourcing methods, being innovative & creative in your approach to reach out top talents
  • Proficiency in using ATS (we use TeamTailor at Madbox), LinkedIN Recruiter, CSE and Notion.
  • You are data-oriented and you like automate your process and tasks to be the most efficient
  • Proven experience as HRBP acting as a true partner with hiring managers
  • Be able to represent Madbox in several events, on social network and develop the Madbox brand
  • High communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong interest for video games
