Position Duties
To support the development of our Competitive Project, we are recruiting our Senior Meta Gameplay Designer.
Reporting to our Lead Game Economy and Monetization Design, you will help us shape different features for the Meta and Progression component of our game.
Those responsibilities include :
- Conceptualize, formulate and own features in Meta gameplay domain
- Maintain integrity of owned features in operational scope of a game as a service
- Work closely with Core gameplay team, creating a healthy collaboration between domains of Core gameplay and Meta gameplay
- Contribute to grand vision of the game in all its aspects
- Form a strong demand for data research and analysis of Meta gameplay features
Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years of experience as a Game Designer
- Proven experience in Meta gameplay design, systems or economy
- Ability to structure and systemize input on the fly
- Data-driven approach in decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, ability to stand your ground and rationalize your concepts
- Ability to work on time with strict deadlines
- Deep strategy and competitive game experience as a player
- Good understanding of f2p business model in games
- Ability to work in English-speaking environment
Nice to have :
- Deep passion for competitive games
- Ability to decompose any game on resource cycles and formulate its economic framework
- Interest in behavioral analysis
