Senior Narrative Designer
Permanent contract Paris (75)
Position Duties
You'll be joining a young and motivated narrative team with writers and designers from diverse horizons, with an experienced lead writer and content director who have mapped out plans for an ambitious experience in an original IP world.
Main objectives :
Design and foster the Narrative and Cinematic Pipeline of an ambitious crpg game with a complete narrative team working with the lead writer of the project and narrative director of the studio.
Set up and implement narrative best practices in a young and dynamic rpg studio.
Candidate Profile

Analyze, design, improve, and implement the narrative systems that will support the creative and narrative vision of the game.
Build, monitor, manage, and maintain the narrative logic systems,
Promote D&I and representation in the game,
Work collaboratively with the writing direction and team to ensure the overall quality and consistency of the story, narrative structure, story arcs, characters, themes and tones carried by the game's vision,
Work with programming teams to optimize the usability of the tools by the narrative team,
Keep design and technical documentation up to date to allow narrative teams to optimize their workflow.
Monitor the production of deliverables in accordance with the gameplay needs and the project schedule,
Work in collaboration with the creative direction on the design, cutting and pacing of the game scenes,
Collaborate with project management to define priorities at each stage of development, from conception to the release of the game
Participate in castings, recording sessions, and mocap sessions to bridge the gap between writing intentions and directing actors,

Experience with RPG video games.
Familiarity with the TTRPG experience.
