An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Account Manager within Capcom at our French office based near Paris.
Working closely with the French & Benelux Sales Manager, your role will be integral in ensuring that revenues and profitability are maximised in the region.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a passion for video games and a good understanding of the industry. The ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of both a local team and a global team is key, and this will be strengthened by your excellent French & English communication skills and your proactive, can-do approach.
Main responsibilities :
To complete company sales plans by :
Making effective sales & product presentations ;
Using your negotiation skills to close sales ;
Providing after sales support to major local distributors.
To build strong and efficient partnerships with assigned customers on a daily basis ; Taking responsibility for resolving customer issues ; Delivering accurate forecasts and regularly monitoring customer performance.
To drive the sales through within distribution by reviewing sales and stock levels by customer ; putting together trade marketing initiatives and analysing results ;
To provide internal feedback by producing accurate reports and sharing information with key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Profil du candidat
Skills and Experience :
Educated to Masters degree level, or qualified by experience and ability ;
Previous experience in a similar role at a video game's publisher or distribution company would be advantageous ;
Knowledge and understanding of the Video Games market essential ;
Excellent English & French verbal and written skills, able to communicate findings clearly ;
Of a collaborative nature, able to provide a supportive and helpful approach ;
Results Focused ;
An effective negotiator able to bring about successful outcomes ;
Proactive and ‘can do' approach essential ;
Able to plan, prioritise and manage a challenging workload.
