X&Immersion

X&Immersion is a company that provides cutting-edge tools and artificial intelligence (AI) services to video game studios to optimize their workflow and offer new gameplay possibilities. Our team consists of around ten passionate individuals : engineers, game designers, creatives, and entrepreneurs aiming to bring new possibilities to the video game industry.

We develop tools for NPC management, including dialogue generation, facial animation & lip-sync, and voice synthesis. These plugins are sold separately or together under a monthly license model.

We are currently looking for someone to develop the company's commercial activities. Reporting to the co-founders, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle in the European, North American, and South American markets, offering our various commercial solutions to our B2B clients.

Your responsibilities will include :

Prospection (approx. 60%)
  • Attending key exhibitions each month to connect with potential clients :
  • Customer acquisition at X&Immersion is primarily achieved through events and exhibitions (1/month)
    • You are comfortable at events and with face-to-face contact. Key events include :
    • Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco (March)
    • Game Camp in Lille (June)
    • Gamescom in Cologne (August)
    • Game Connection (PGW) in Paris (November)
  • Client Acquisition : Generating leads through targeted emails followed by direct calls and meetings.
  • Product Demonstration : Conducting demonstrations to qualify prospects and engage with customers.

Closing (approx. 30%)
  • Account Management : You are comfortable using CRM software like Hubspot, and you handle acquired leads diligently and autonomously.
  • Follow-up, project qualification & closing
  • Offer Negotiation : Proposing suitable offers to prospects and guiding them through the contract setup
and signing process.
  • Collaboration : Working closely with technical and product teams to ensure the proposed solutions align
perfectly with market expectations.

Customer Success Management (approx. 10%)
  • Sales Conclusion and Follow-Up : Maintaining the potential for project upselling with the client.
  • Performance Reporting : Analyzing sales performance to optimize strategies.

Profil recherché

  • You speak fluent English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level. Our team is international, and all our processes are in English.
  • You have an interest in immersive technologies and/or Cultural and Creative Industries.
  • You have experience in SaaS or the video game industry.
  • You know how to generate leads and have a proven track record of successful sales.
  • You can quickly build relationships with potential prospects and are eager to work in a startup environment.
