You will join the team in charge of developing the User Interface for mobile AR, immersive AR and immersive VR devices of the Minsar Create app.
In this role, you will create innovative UI elements to be used by the user who is immersed in a 3D environment and therefore must obey to new rules, some of them which have yet to be discovered.
During the development of these UI components and views, you will take into account the multi-modal aspect of AR&VR : they have to be usable with hand controllers, hand tracking, eye-tracking, voice and gaze input, and touch. These UI views will be a smart mix of 2D and 3D components - sometimes display on a screen, sometimes in the physical or virtual worlds.
On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with teams creating the UI & UX of the Minsar platforms, along with AR/VR engineers in the UI Dev Team and responsible of the platform architecture.
- Develop, iterate and maintain UI components and views of Minsar Create and Minsar Viewer, using Unity3D and C#.
- Ensure UI components are generic and reusable, while considering on-device performance
- Adapt your interface to be responsive (2D vs 3D, spatial placement and scaling, pixel density, optics, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team leading UX and UI, communicate and iterate on the technical constraints linked to the development of the user interface
