Position Duties
You love indie games, want to be part of a fresh and on the rise publishing Label, and enjoy teamwork ? Then this job is for you !
PID Games is looking for its new Producer. Integrate an enthusiastic team, and work with the Brand Manager to put the spotlight on original indie games and upcoming talented studios !
You will :
Take over daily relations with our partner studios developing our upcoming games
Become their best supporter, , establishing a relationship of mutual trust and understanding to help them achieve their production plans
Measure development progress versus the game's development timeline.
Set-up and manage the Quality Control process and provide feedback on every aspect of the game (gameplay, story, UX, etc.) to the studios and our teams.
Identify and find solutions for any roadblocks encountered by the developers.
Communicate development progress / status of each game to the team
Candidate Profile
Fluent in English and French
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and a team player
Applied knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
Versality, capacity to adapt and work on very different game projects at the same time
Understanding of video game design and typical game development needs
Awareness of the certification processes of 1st parties (you won't be directly in charge of certifications, but will need to know how it works)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Having shipped at least one console title
