Position Duties

You love indie games, want to be part of a fresh and on the rise publishing Label, and enjoy teamwork ? Then this job is for you !
PID Games is looking for its new Producer. Integrate an enthusiastic team, and work with the Brand Manager to put the spotlight on original indie games and upcoming talented studios !

You will :
  • Take over daily relations with our partner studios developing our upcoming games
  • Become their best supporter, , establishing a relationship of mutual trust and understanding to help them achieve their production plans
  • Measure development progress versus the game's development timeline.
  • Set-up and manage the Quality Control process and provide feedback on every aspect of the game (gameplay, story, UX, etc.) to the studios and our teams.
  • Manage external partners (porting, localization, external support, QA, playtest).
  • Identify and find solutions for any roadblocks encountered by the developers.
  • Communicate development progress / status of each game to the team

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well organized and a team player
  • Applied knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
  • Versality, capacity to adapt and work on very different game projects at the same time
  • Understanding of video game design and typical game development needs
  • Awareness of the certification processes of 1st parties (you won't be directly in charge of certifications, but will need to know how it works)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Having shipped at least one console title
