QA Lead

Description du poste

We are looking for a passionate Mobile QA Lead to create the function internally at Oh BiBi. You will work closely with the game teams, communicating issues directly to Game Leads, Programmers, and Artists. As a central part of the team, you will champion the culture of Quality, evaluating the product to be tested while reviewing specifications, author meaningful test plans and recommend process improvements. With product quality and player happiness being top priorities, our team needs a great QA Lead to test and challenge many large feature releases as we work towards continued growth.

Here are some of your upcoming challenges :
  • As the team develops, you will build a solid QA roadmap for the Studio to ensure our games are released to the highest quality, both in terms of defect mitigation and usability experience.
  • Execute functionality testing, detect errors and malfunctions
  • Report issues found in a concise, accurate and readable manner, documenting them in our bug database
  • Conduct regression testing as well as recheck fixed issues and validate them
  • Work closely with Customer Support to investigate, document and where necessary push for swift resolution of Live issues.

  • Strong and proven leadership skills.

  • A proactive attitude towards QA and capable of working in an organic environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of business priorities.
