As Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing a community of players around our upcoming game Mini Arena.

Your missions will include :

• Own the strategy, tactics and execution of community development around Mini-Arena
  
• Grow the discord community, set up discord collabs with other communities, engage with discord members
  
• Grow our twitter by posting engaging content daily and setting up giveaways and partnerships with other twitter accounts
  
• Help define community growth objectives
  
• Grow the community with spot actions and activations to inform, engage, and entertain players
  
• Be the admin of key community channels for the team (ex : Discord, Reddit, digital stores community...)
  
• Explore new channels to develop our community
  
• Justify and track the use of budget for anything community-related
  
• Organize and Write Dev Vlogs published on Medium
  
• Community KPI reporting and analysis
  
• Monitor trends and opportunities
  
• Set up Youtube & Twitch partnerships with streamers
