As a member of the management team, you define the strategy and the 3-year HR action plan and oversee its implementation in the short and medium term. You include in this ambition the quality of life at work, the challenges of teleworking, the facilitation and engagement of teams in a work environment, partly remote.
You manage recruitment in France and abroad and build a strong multi-cultural team. You maintain a close link with the professional environment via Linkedin and position the company in an innovative way on professional networks. You are in contact with schools and universities for junior recruitments and put in place the relevant actions for senior recruitments.
Internally, you set up effective onboarding and you carry a positive social dynamic. You follow the administrative management in relation to our accounting firm. You ensure excellent working conditions for employees (by relying on the company's Office Manager). Training and skills development are at the heart of your HR policy.
With higher education, you have a very good experience (at least 5 years) in human capital management, ideally in video games, or in a company where recruitment is highly competitive, in an international environment. You want to invest in an ambitious business project in which HR aspects are central. The rapidly changing work environment makes you want to innovate and test new methods of recruiting and supporting teams. You speak perfect English and French and have a real interest in video games and / or cars.
You combined an ability to take a step back with an eye for detail and listening. You show empathy and benevolence and also know how to take into account the financial and operational aspects. You carry a positive and collective vision that strongly contributes to the image and culture of the company, both internally and externally. You have the ambition to develop with us an international video game champion within 5 years.
