Your goal : enable Million Victories to grow with the right people, while maintaining a high bar for recruitment quality.
Your key responsibilities :
- Promote our employer brand : Boost Million Victories' visibility and attractiveness with top talents. Collaborate with the Community Manager on content, tone of voice, channels, and develop partnerships with schools and targeted networks.
- Drive recruitment strategy : Work with hiring managers to anticipate future needs, define hiring priorities, shape recruitment plans, and refine target profiles.
- Source and attract great talent : Identify and activate the right sourcing channels for each profile. Use advanced sourcing techniques, build talent pools, and tailor your outreach to engage the right candidates.
- Lead recruitment processes : Manage recruitment end-to-end with managers and stakeholders : briefings, interviews, coordination, follow-ups, candidate feedback - until the hire is finalized.
- Continuously improve recruitment : Maintain a high-quality, smooth, and fair hiring process with the right tools (scorecards, interview guides, templates). Constantly improve both the candidate experience and the recruiter experience.
