Abrakam Entertainement
Abrakam is an independent studio in Liège, Belgium, founded on the belief that innovation is king in the fiercely competitive Steam market. We self-published our hit CCG Faeria in 2017 and saw success because of its fresh take on the genre. Now, we are working on a highly confidential project, a 4X light deckbuilder, and we are looking for a passionate Steam Growth Manager who shares our independent, do-or-die spirit.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in maximizing a game's visibility and revenue on the Steam platform through smart, data-driven strategies and a creative mind for finding new "levers" for acquisition. This isn't about massive ad budgets ; it's about being smarter than the competition.
$RESPONSABILITIES
Assist on the game growth direction of our next major unannounced title, focusing on both pre-launch wishlists and post-launch revenue growth through innovative, cost-effective strategies.
Discuss, design, and specify store page optimization strategies (e.g., A/B testing key art, trailers, descriptions) to improve conversion rates and outshine the back catalog of discounted games.
Collaborate with your team members to achieve a high level of funnel optimization from discovery to purchase, viewing the market as a challenging puzzle to be solved.
Create content and pick influencers that align messaging across the Steam store page, community hubs (like our successful Discord), and social media to maintain positive user reviews and high platform rankings after the project is publicly announced.
Help us establish strategies to trigger profitable PR.
Implement and analyze performance dashboards to monitor daily / weekly growth metrics and ROI for marketing experiments in a rapid, iterative fashion.
Influence smart product decisions to assist us in creating experiences that resonate with our players through sheer ingenuity.

$REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST have at least 5 years of professional experience in a growth, marketing, or business role within the video game industry.
Platform expertise with deep knowledge of Steam's algorithms, seasonal sales events, and Steamworks tools-you know Steam better than Valve does (almost).
Good knowledge of the strategy market.
Deep, daily, hands-on use of AI is mandatory. We need someone who actively exploits AI tools to think, experiment, prototype, analyze, write, iterate, and make decisions faster than non-AI users. For this role, we think AI is a core competitive weapon, not a productivity gimmick.
Experience with data analysis and the ability to build and interpret performance dashboards to drive decision making.
Excellent communication skills, fast learner, and experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English.
$PLUSSES
Passion for strategy or card games is a big plus.
Good writing / storytelling skills.
Experience with community management platforms (e.g., Discord).
Experience working with independent studios.
