Head of Marketplace at The Sandbox

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and highly organized individual to join the Marketing Team, which covers Acquisition, Community, Content, and Growth, with the mission to expand and engage our audience across the globe. The team works across a variety of groups, including game development, dashboard, partnerships, and Content&Creative teams. As Head of Marketplace, you will be responsible to grow our web-based NFT marketplace and to develop and execute strategies to sell our technology and assets.
Define the strategy to convert users to join the marketplace
Use data to identify top-performing NFTs and help building strategies to grow the NFT marketplace.
Establish and nurture relationships with key partners within the game development community to promote and sell our platform and virtual assets
Work with various divisions (including R&D, Marketing, Support, Finance and Legal) to gain support for key initiatives and deals
Assist in the development of pricing, products, and market strategies
Interface with the other operational and support functions of the company.
Master's degree in Business preferred
Experience in Digital Marketplace / E-Commerce Business Development and proven background in digital transactional sites
Proven ability to structure, execute and develop complex strategic partnerships that create significant value for the Sandbox platform
Highly business-driven and result-orientated who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments
Ability to be on active watch for new models to be explored
Good negotiation skills and strength of conviction
Technical knowledge of blockchain is a plus
Good analytical skills
Proven skills in promoting and maintaining customer satisfaction
Extensive database of senior contacts throughout the gaming industry and the ability to network with key players
Fluent in English
