Position Duties

  • Contribute to ideation, planning & budgeting, production, and implementation of all in-store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of all marketing activities
  • Conduct market research and analyse game rating reports
  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Assist in the organizing / monitoring of promotional events / trade shows / digital campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver postmortem reports for IP owners
  • Assist in writing marketing literature (brochures, press releases)
  • Support in executing yearly Trade MKTG Plans for Traditional Trade and Mass Market Channels.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of Trade marketing assets to international partners and other ad hoc communication activities.
  • Keeps abreast of the trends in the industry through market studies and research and surveys as basis for new promotions / collector's content
  • Develop merchandise and collaterals that will help brand visibility, availability, and affinity in all channels.
  • Create and oversee the execution of go-to-market plans for each game in partnership with our communication manager, operations team (community, creators, social media, press) and sales team, but also studios and third-party agencies
  • Explore all business and marketing opportunities, tailored for each game
  • Regularly and proactively communicate product roadmap and progress internally
  • Maintain a reliable product / marketing planning, oversee creative / trade marketing deliverables
  • Conduct market research, competition benchmarks and consumer studies to make recommendations that could improve games or brand strategy.
  • Develop and level up best practices within the product management team
  • Some travels will be required (industry events, office meetings)

Candidate Profile

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in marketing
  • Good understanding of the gaming industry and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
  • Full fluency in French & English.
  • Good intrapersonal and organizational skills
  • Be design-literate and have the ability to constructively brief and appraise creative work
  • Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
  • Stress resilience and capacity to work under pressure
  • Implementing improvements, Problem Solving and Decision-Making attitude
