As a Licensing manager reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for taking care of the licensing strategy for Sandfall Interactive's brands and IP, especially Clair Obscur : Expedition 33.
Depending on studio priorities, the role may also support broader product / brand marketing initiatives.
This role is based in Montpellier (with regular travel), with an expected start in January 2027, and suits a junior-to-intermediate profile with strong organization, collaboration skills, and fluent English.
$Your Main Responsibilities
Licensing
- Define and implement the licensing strategy around the studio's brands and IP (merchandising, derivative products, collaborations, content, media), including *Clair Obscur : Expedition 33* and the studio's future projects, in collaboration with the production team and external partners, and in line with the brand's DNA and objectives ;
- Identify, prospect, and assess new potential partners ;
- Ensure the operational management of licenses and partnerships, from contract negotiation through regular follow-up with partners, coordinating exchanges between partners and internal teams (marketing, creative, legal, production) ;
- Work with the marketing teams to support the visibility of collaborations and derivative products ;
- Regularly track the rollout / implementation of partnerships using dedicated tracking tools.

Product management
- Define, lead, and execute a 360° brand and communication strategy around the products developed by the studio, in collaboration with the production team and external partners.
- Design and lead marketing and communication campaigns for Sandfall Interactive's products, including key moments, events, partnerships, and other promotional initiatives.
- Oversee the production of marketing assets, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to communication messaging across all formats.
- Produce performance reports on content (KPIs, analytics) and propose recommendations to maximize impact and player engagement.
- Conduct market studies, trend analyses, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain ongoing monitoring of video game, digital, audiovisual, and cultural trends.
