Playrion - A Paradox Studio
Playrion is a french studio specialised in mobile management games.
In July 2020, Playrion joined Paradox Interactive. Playrion is the group's first internal mobile studio, and will allow Paradox Interactive to expand into new markets while bringing more Paradox Interactive licenses to mobile.
Playrion took off thanks to the success of Airlines Manager. Considered the reference for airline management games, Airlines Manager boasts more than 10 million players and 10 years of live operations.
The strategy of Playrion is to specialize in management games on mobile and explore new themes through new titles.
Playrion moved last year to completely renovated new offices in order to welcome new recruits : open-space with large offices, large kitchen with snacks, soundproof meeting room
Product Marketing Manager

Short term : The PMM will be leading the marketing effort for Airlines Manager Tycoon live operations.
Medium term : The PMM will lead the marketing planning and execution for an unannounced new mobile title.
The PMM will be responsible for defining and creating, maintaining and executing a marketing plan for a new mobile title encompassing all stages of the product life-cycle
The PMM will provide the necessary documentation in line with the PDX global development framework.
The PMM will need to successfully coordinate and lead a marketing line team in building out campaign tactics to support the marketing strategies across the various disciplines plus defining and agreeing KPIs.
The PMM will be responsible for aligning the marketing plan & tactics with the Product Manager and (where relevant) Studio leads.
The PMM will be responsible for forecasting the required man months to support the execution of the marketing campaign across the various marketing disciplines
The PMM will provide regular updates to studio, segment and PDX leadership on progress with the development of the campaign
The PMM will be leading the marketing campaigns for Airlines Manager, coordinating with development teams to insure success on all aspects of the marketing effort. Specifically, the PMM will work closely with both our internal and Paradox resources.
Among other responsibilities, the PMM will spearhead the User Acquisition effort in the context of a live game with strong KPIs.
Typically 3+ years of relevant video game marketing experience including responsibility for 1-3 product launches.
In-depth knowledge of the mobile market, mobile marketing function including the various disciplines & mobile processes, including, but not limited to : UA, PR, ASO, CRM, Community Management, Customer Support, Content Production, etc.
A strong understanding of the workings of User Acquisition on mobile.
Team orientated with a proven ability to direct and align teams on the marketing strategies
Believes in building collaboration & trust, looking to the insights, skills and expertise of other teams to help deliver the plan
Effective presenter, written and verbal.
Analytical and performance driven. Able to interpret sources of data to inform strategic and tactical decisions
Proficient in both English and French.

Experience of leading International / global campaigns
Experience working in UA, either in operation or strategy
Experience with partnering with development teams & studios
Proven ability to create a campaign narrative based on product USPs from announcement through launch to post-launch sustain
Creative briefing - able to brief and evaluate creative work to ensure it supports the marketing strategies
Experience with forecasting & planning man-months
