Born and based in Paris, Playrion has existed since 2010 and has ever since employed talented progressive individuals aiming to make our games the best possible experience for our players. Live Ops Marketing Manager

Permanent contract Paris (92)

Position Duties

Your mission will be to run the full product lifecycle marketing strategy : from drafting competitor analysis, to store optimization (Google Play and AppStore), live ops event planning and execution in game as well as managing a 3-person team consisting of a Community and Social Media Manager, Marketing Artist and Customer Care specialists. You will work on Airlines Manager Tycoon live ops and on strategy drafting for Playrion's upcoming mobile game projects.

Responsibilities :
  • Perform market analysis (trends, competitor benchmarking, market sizing)
  • Responsible for defining and creating, maintaining and executing a marketing plan for a new mobile title encompassing all stages of the product life-cycle.
  • LiveOps event calendar creation and execution for Airlines Manager Tycoon game.
  • Coordinate a marketing line team in building out campaign tactics to support the marketing strategies across the various disciplines plus defining and agreeing KPIs.
  • Responsible for aligning the marketing plan & tactics with the Product Manager and (where relevant) Studio leads.
  • Draft and present regular updates to studio and product leadership on progress with the development of the liveops
  • Work closely with the User Acquisition team to ensure the acquisition matches the KPIs
  • Validation of social media calendar and community management activities

Candidate Profile

Profile and skills / must have's :
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant video game marketing experience in LiveOps, live content planning and/or production planning
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant video game marketing experience
  • A good understanding of the mobile market, mobile marketing function including the various disciplines & mobile processes, including, but not limited to : LiveOps, UA, PR, ASO, CRM, Community Management, Customer Support, Content Production, etc.
  • Team orientated with a proven ability to direct and align teams on the marketing strategies
  • Believes in building collaboration & trust, looking to the insights, skills and expertise of other teams to help deliver the plan
  • Effective presenter, written and verbal.
  • Analytical and performance driven.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
