We are looking for a senior user-acquisition expert to drive performance marketing efforts for our mobile games studio Pixowl and allow us to reach the Top 100 Grossing in 2018.
This is a key operational role that requires a unique balance of creativity, analytical thinking, effective communication/negotiation, and business development.
Plan, develop and execute paid user-acquisition marketing campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, Video Advertising Networks, etc) for our 3 main titles : The Sandbox, Snoopy's Town Tale and Goosebumps HorrorTown.
Analyze data and optimize campaign performance based on LTV and ROI/ROAS.
Coordinate with 3rd-party tracking and attribution partners to ensure accurate end-to-end funnel data.
Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance on a regular cadence.
Effectively communicate goals and strategies to internal as well as external stakeholders (Studio, Producers/Designers, Live Ops and Tech) and platform partners (Apple, Google)
Build models then monitor current performance against trends, budget and forecast.
Come up with creative/original ideas -- be able and willing to take risks !
Collaborate and manage artists for the production of video & banner creatives to be used in your campaigns.
Take lead and manage a dedicated user-acquisition team inside the studio as your user-acquisition efforts will become fruitful to the studio
Identify new partners, platforms, and optimization opportunities to drive campaign performance.
Profil du candidat
Experience working in the social/mobile game industry a plus

You love numbers and statistics ! You are a "maths" person who can never get tired of analysing large volume of data to try to find the best performing campaigns . Background in data-mining is a plus
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a penchant for negotiation.
Outstanding communication skills - both written and spoken.
High-level proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets (advanced functions, pivots, etc.) - you have already built your own dashboards to organise your work
Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
Comfortable presenting complicated material to diverse audiences ; strong ‘soft skills'.
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and prioritize work to meet specific deadlines required.
Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
Requirements to Apply
Minimum of 3/5 years of work experience with proven success in Marketing
Senior Experience in performance-based marketing with demonstrated understanding of ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, CPE, CPM, CPC, ARPU, and LTV.
Being familiar with one or multiple User-Acquisition Tracking services : AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tenjin, etc.
Have a proven track-record of executing UA marketing campaigns at scale
Have previously built predictive models around marketing spends, payback periods, and other key performance indicators.
Have already handled UA budgets above 5-6 figures in advertising spend
