Senior Data Analyst (Mobile Games)

If holding a position in strategic data analysis while engaging your passion for video games sounds attractive to you, you could be the Senior Data Analyst we are looking for !
You'll join the Mobile & Web Gaming department of the EMEA Headquarters under the responsibility of the Head of the department. In close collaboration with Production teams, you'll collect and analyze the data related to our mobile video games. Your recommendations support the Mobile & Web Gaming department in building its product and drive retention, user conversion and monetization strategies. You'll manage the activity of a Junior Data Analyst.
As Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities are as follows :
Work with the Production and the Mobile & Web Gaming teams to define and verify data collection and to study retention, monetization and user behaviors to optimize the game mechanics and features roadmap building
Define and improve key performance indicators and initiate their regular follow-up ; provide regularly reporting
Predict user behavior through forecasting
Manage the activity of a Junior Data Analyst
Keep watch over business evolution and behavior ; anticipate the future trends and analyze its impact on our decisions
Profil du candidat
Experience and Education :
Master's degree in Econometrics/Statistics/Mathematics or in Engineering
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in the video games industry, ideally in mobile games
A first successful experience in team management would be appreciated
Skills and knowledge :
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on experience with Excel & SQL
Written and oral English fluency mandatory
Strong managerial skills
Familiar with mobile or web analysis platforms (Flurry, DeltaDNA, Google analytics...)
Knowledge of User Acquisition methodologies, especially the pLTV model
Good knowledge of free-to-play games, video games genres, their market and best practices
Good knowledge of mobile & web games development lifecycle (concept, development, soft launch, global launch and live operations)
