Senior User Acquisition Manager W/M/D

Description du poste

As a passionate and strategic Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Million Victories' growth. You will own the development, execution, and optimization of large-scale acquisition campaigns to accelerate our success in the competitive mobile strategy gaming market.

You will :
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel UA campaigns (AppLovin, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Unity Ads, and more) to drive high-quality installs at scale
  • Maximize ROAS on 8-figure annual acquisition budgets through data-driven bidding, segmentation, and optimization strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Marketing, Game Design, and Creative teams to ensure alignment with business goals and player insights
  • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities, channels, and creative trends
  • Brief and coordinate with the Creative Manager and design team to produce impactful ads informed by benchmarks, market best practices, and player motivations
  • Manage creative testing frameworks and iterate rapidly to improve performance
  • Define and request custom dashboards with BI to monitor performance and extract actionable insights
  • Report campaign results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Stay on top of industry trends, UA platform updates, and privacy changes to ensure Million Victories remains competitive globally
  • Contribute to refining our UA strategy for new market expansions and upcoming product features

Profil recherché

You have :
  • Significant Experience : 4+ years in user acquisition within mobile free-to-play gaming or apps
  • Analytical & Technical Skills : Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.) and LTV prediction models. Strong understanding of tracking systems and attribution tools
  • Tools Expertise : Familiar with creative benchmarking tools, AI tools, ad libraries, and ASO tools (e.g., AppTweak)
  • ROI-Driven : You prioritize high-impact business actions and manage acquisition costs effectively
  • Gaming Culture : A strong understanding of mobile gaming industry trends is a plus
  • Soft Skills : Autonomous, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Contract : Full-time, based in Lyon, Paris, or remotely
Start date : As soon as possible
Median Salary : €45,000 per year
