Lead Gameplay Programmer

Position Duties
Under the supervision of the Technical Director, you will Interact with multidisciplinary developers and designers to help them to craft a unique experience for the players.
You'll be joining a dynamic and motivated Tech team of 6 where you can freely express yourself and thrive as a team !
Main objectives :
- Manage the gameplay programming team working collaboratively towards shared goals.
- Continuously work to minimize technical debt and maintenance hazards.
- Define the architecture, rework, and maintain the gameplays systems.
- Design and implement the different systems within the deadlines.
- Participate in the recruitment process for the programming team.
Candidate Profile
Required Skills and Experience :
- Prior experience of working in a programming leadership role within the games industry.
- Deep technical understanding of working with the Unreal Engine 4/5 systems in a commercial context.
- Have a solid grounding in Computer Science theory and C++ development and have a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
- Be empathetic and passionate about a healthy work culture.
