Unity Software Engineer

Description du poste
- Contribute to the functional and technical evolutions of the simulator.
- Synchronize with different teams including R&D, 3D artists and engineers.
- Prioritize and schedule the releases of bug fixes and features.
- Optimize the performance of our simulator with the help of Unity's profiler tools.
- Design and restructure the code base.
- Develop dynamic simulation tools for model training and live demos.
- Continue the development of a realistic crowd simulation to navigate 3D environments.
Profil recherché
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or related field.
- Experience : 4-5 years working with Unity on professional projects (3D software, simulations, or games).
- Strong knowledge of Unity and C# programming.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with UI development in Unity (UI Toolkit / UXML / USS).
- Knowledge of Unity's AI Navigation System.
- Ability to integrate and optimize 3D assets (environments, characters, interactive objects).
- Familiarity with Git
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to performance and memory optimization.
- System and architecture design
- Experience with debugging, testing, and profiling Unity applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
