Software Support Engineer

Permanent contract Paris (75)

Position Duties

This position is the interface between NERD developers and technology users (Nintendo group and third-party entities).

Responsibilities include :
  • Release management (testing, documentation, packaging, delivery, demonstrations) of software technologies, both embedded and online ;
  • Technical support to NERD developers and technology users ;
  • Maintenance of the development toolchain, collaboration tools and automation tasks

Candidate Profile

You are a team player, with a service-oriented mind and good relational skills. You exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities. You are rigorous, and curious about bleeding-edge technologies.

You ideally have a Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, and experience in software development.

You have a strong knowledge of compiled and interpreted languages (C, C++, Python, shells) in Windows and Linux environments as well as experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).You are accustomed to source code management, and able to assemble, maintain, and port code from various partners as well as experience in continuous integration.

We expect candidates to be proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and Japanese is appreciated.

Additional Information

This full-time position (CDI) is located in central Paris, France.

Eligibility to work in the EU is required and candidates are expected to relocate near Paris.
