Lead Artist

Position Duties

As the Art Lead, you will work closely with the creative director to translate the artistic vision of the game into levels.

What you will do ?
  • Manage the art team
  • Create a friendly working environment, ensuring a productive internal workflow to fit the project framework
  • Be responsible for final delivery and quality control in accordance with the established artistic direction, technical restrictions, and deadlines ;
  • Model and texture 3D assets
  • Integrate assets into game levels

Candidate Profile

Requirements :
  • Minimum 2+ years of game development experience as 3D artist, with at least one game that have been successfully shipped ;
  • Expertise in Blender, Substance Designer and Unreal Engine required
  • A deep understanding of all aspects of game art and a very talented and skilled artist yourself
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of production pipelines for games
