Appeal Studios (www.appeal-studios.com) is a ~60-person game development studio that is part of the THQ Nordic family and is in Charleroi (Belgium).
We recently released Outcast - A New Beginning and Gangs of Sherwood and are looking for new talents to bolster our team on our latest action game project.

For this position, we are looking for a skilled Concept Artist that is comfortable pushing the detail of every asset and every material.
This is NOT a paint over and inspirational concept art position.

At Appeal Studios, Environment Concept Artists work on AAA-quality sci-fi/industrial realistic environments under the direct supervision of our Art Directors, and in collaboration with the game designers and the 3D Artists.

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications :

• Solid skills in environment and props concept art, preferably in sci-fi/industrial realistic style ;
  
• Located in a similar time zone (GMT+1) or willing to share our core hours ;
  
• 3D creation knowledge is not a requirement but a very strong plus ;
  
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5 is a plus ;
  
• A good English level is required.
  

Experience in AA or AAA game art development for PC and/or consoles is a plus

On-site, hybrid-remote depending on profile
