Description du poste

As a member of the leadership team, you are responsible for the studio's overall technology strategy. You play a key role in scaling Million Lords over the next two years : you define and implement an ambitious technical strategy to develop new features, ensuring that the quality, cost, and deadline targets set out in Million Victories's business plan are met.

$Your role
  • Define a three-year, cross-functional technical strategy to support the game's scaling and address the technical challenges that will arise with this growth. This includes the engine, back end, front end, pipelines, IT security, and internal tools.
  • Lead the technical innovation strategy and associated fundings (tax credit)
  • Oversee and contribute to the implementation of tools, pipelines, architectures, and infrastructure to optimize studio efficiency and productivity
  • Optimize the technical quality of games managing technological risks & leading technical projects
  • Manage relationships with technology partners
  • Provide leadership and supervision for all developers (back-end, front-end, tools), ensuring best practices, technological consistency, tool quality, documentation, and coaching.
  • Develop, within two years, a team of top-notch developers capable of supporting two games

Profil recherché

We seek a proven technology leader with a minimum of 15 years' experience across video game development. Prior experience as a Lead Engineer is essential, along with at least two years in a CTO role.

  • Demonstrates curiosity and a strong drive to explore new technologies and continuously improve best practices.

  • Willing to foster open dialogue and a collaborative mindset
