For over six years, 3K ELO has embodied a deep passion for gaming, building strong expertise in video game promotion and community building across social media. This has allowed us to work with industry leaders such as Riot Games, Quantic Dream, Nacon, and Ubisoft, on legendary IPs like League of Legends, VALORANT, and Rainbow 6 : Siege.

To support our growth and improve our efficiency, we're hiring a Head of Operations on a permanent contract (CDI). Your mission is to make the agency run smoothly. You'll lead projects, manage internal processes, support the team, and ensure we deliver amazing work to our clients, on time and without chaos.

You'll work hand-in-hand with the founder and be a key pillar of the agency.

Team & Process Management

• Organize team rituals (weeklies, retros, sprints...)
  
• Improve internal workflows and tools (Notion, Discord, etc.)
  
• Support the team in prioritizing and structuring their workload
  
• Onboard new team members and freelancers
  
• Support team members in their growth by providing structure, feedback, and day-to-day guidance
  
• Handle light admin tasks such as freelance contracts, invoice collection, etc.
  

Project Management

• Own the delivery timelines for client projects
  
• Ensure briefs are clear and that deadlines and budgets are respected
  
• Coordinate between content, social, design and production teams
  
• Anticipate risks and keep everything under control
  
• Oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet both client expectations and internal standards
  
• Ensure scalability as the agency grows by delegating project management tasks efficiently and supervising team members who lead projects themselves
  

Client Relationship

• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day client operations
  
• Ensure smooth collaboration and client satisfaction
  
• Follow up on deliverables and feedback loops
  
• Assist with reports, presentations, and communication
  
• Spot opportunities beyond the current scope and pitch relevant services when we can provide value, helping grow client accounts organically
  

• Location : Based in Tours, France (1h from Paris)
  
• Contract type : Permanent (CDI)
  
• Start date : As soon as possible
  
• Salary : €45,000-€50,000 (depending on profile) + performance-based bonus tied to the agency's results
  
• Working hours : Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs
