Sandfall Interactive is a game development studio based in France, in the sunny city of Montpellier and with people working from Paris. We released our first game in 2025, Clair Obscur : Expedition 33.

We are creating premium games for PC and console, and are looking for talented collaborators and passionate gamers to join us on this exciting journey.

As Finance & Operations Lead at Sandfall Interactive, you will play a key role in steering the company's strategic, financial, and operational direction.

You will manage a wide range of responsibilities - from financial oversight and performance tracking to process optimization and strategic project execution.

This position is based in Paris, working closely with the COO, and involves regular travel to Montpellier and other locations.

$Your Main Responsibilities

• Financial Management : Oversee cash flow, investments, and banking operations.
  
• Accounting & Compliance : Coordinate accounting with external providers, handle subsidies and tax incentives (including the French CIJV tax rebate), and manage tax matters.
  
• Performance & Data Analysis : Conduct royalty calculations, performance reporting, and financial data analysis to support decision-making.
  
• Operational Excellence : Optimize company processes across HR, administration, knowledge management and other support functions.
  
• Strategy & Projects : Contribute to the company's roadmap to support the making of future games and collaborations, and ensure the successful delivery of various side projects.
  
• Management Support : Support the COO in various functions and administrative tasks to run the Company.
  

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in finance, management control, operations, consulting, project management or a related field.
  
• Education : Degree from a top business or management school or equivalent.
