We're looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to support the growth of the studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in studio management or similar senior level management position, as well as a strong marketing background.

Responsibilities :

• Shape and execute Studio's long term business strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
  
• Lead, design, and implement Shiro Games publishing and marketing strategies, ensuring strong product positioning, data-driven decision-making, and effective go-to-market execution.
  
• Manage, mentor, and grow the publishing and marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and alignment with the studio's other teams.
  
• Lead the studio's people strategy with strong focus on talent acquisition, high wellness, growth and performance.
  
• Oversee cross-departmental operations and processes working closely with the CEO to drive efficiency and operational excellence
  

Build and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
