As Associate Live Producer, you will implement the best processes, methods and tools to deliver the project on time and in the desired quality, using the allocated resources efficiently.
Under the supervision of the Live Producer, you will help establish the events and features' roadmap in order to reach the monthly financial objectives. You will then help plan the different teams' tasks (Artists, Programmers, and Game Designers) and monitor their progress to ensure tasks are performed as outlined in the project roadmap. Maintaining a high level of engagement and motivation among team members is key. Finally, you will analyse the performance of the game with regards to the financial objectives and suggest roadmap improvements if needs be.
Profil du candidat
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of video games production problematics
- Ability to analyse problems and extract solutions with the right people, then take actions to solve them
- A good video game culture
