Position Duties
As an Associate Producer within our Content Creation & Publishing Team, and under the responsibility of the Global Producer, you will work on our Western IPs, supporting all the different aspects of a project and taking leadership over some parts of the game's production.
You will be primarily responsible for supporting the Global Producer in managing the product development from concept until release and throughout its lifecycle. You will remain in constant contact with developers, internal functional teams and publisher representatives to address production concerns in a timely manner, and maintain all project-related documents and schedules up to date.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Help driving the project in collaboration with the Studio
- Become a project key contact to Bandai Namco internal teams (Marketing, QA, Localization, Release Management, Engineering, Printed Materials, Operations, etc.) and other Bandai Namco entities
- Liaise with other regions of Bandai Namco group : Japan, Americas, Asia for worldwide released titles
- Help create and maintain detailed schedule in collaboration with all teams involved on the project
- Take part to the milestone review and approval process
- Provide a qualitive support to the Global Producer by reviewing the game on multiple platforms, make comparative playthroughs, liaise with QA, Game Evaluation, etc.
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting on the project
- Coordinate and track activities and assets to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
- Support to identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and quality
- Co-ordinate the build process and delivery of versions to QA, Localization, PR and rating agencies
- Support the management of EMEA ratings and questionnaires in coordination with QA and local offices and make sure that other regions are on track for their ratings in the scope of a worldwide release
- Support the evaluation and assess the project quality during early development stages with the game evaluation team and make recommendations to the development team
- Provide a technical support to Marketing, liaise with studios for Marketing builds, provide feedback on Marketing assets such as trailers, etc
- Support game presentations to marketing and sales team, press, etc.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 years of experience as an Assistant or Associate Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles
- Experienced in coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, such as Engineering, Localization, Printed Materials, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing, throughout a complete production cycle and across multiple studios
- Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline required
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent prioritization skills, especially in the case of high workload or emergency as for a specific issue to sort out or task to execute
- Good anticipation skills in order to identify technological changes in the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an English speaking environment.
- Very strong initiative with a desire to learn and be challenged
- Adequate knowledge of the various technologies used in the video games development
- Excellent understanding of game development and production cycle
- Excellent knowledge of consoles, video games genres and their market
- An interest in Management games is a plus
- Strong project management practices and software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Analytical and pragmatism capacities to ensure all tasks are duly completed
- Strong initiative with a desire to learn and be challenged
- Adaptation and flexibility to accommodate workload changes throughout the year

Remuneration : Fixed and variable compensation
