As our team is scaling for its next chapter, we are hiring a Lead Game Producer who will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the talented team already in place.

You will own production for Tomo : Endless Blue, keeping delivery on track while protecting the creative vision. You will also work alongside top industry veterans who have contributed to FIFA, Fall Guys, League of Legends, Fortnite, and other major titles.

What You'll Do :

• Own production strategy, roadmaps and milestone delivery from alpha to launch
  
• Align scope, resources and execution with leadership
  
• Lead sprint planning, scheduling and cross-discipline coordination
  
• Anticipate risks, remove blockers and keep the team moving
  
• Build scalable workflows and pipelines for a hybrid team
  
• Support hiring, onboarding and mentoring as the studio expands
  

What We're Looking For :

• 6+ years in game production with 2+ shipped PC/console titles
  
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams
  
• Strong grasp of Agile, Kanban and milestone-based production
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a multicultural environment
  
• Deep passion for monster-taming and exploration games
  
• You love Minecraft
  
• Anime fan is a plus
  
• Ready to go beyond scope to support the team
  

Compensation :

• Starting Base salary : ~€40K-€60K+ gross / year (depending on xp)
  
• Equity : Meaningful stock option grant with strong upside (~€25K-€76K start package, based on xp).
