Lightbulb Crew is an independent game studio based in Paris, known for the tactical RPG Othercide and visual novel Nova Hearts. We announced our next game last June : Ex Sanguis. We are currently looking for a Senior Producer to support the team and ensure the successful delivery of our game.

As a trusted lead figure, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of the project while protecting the team's well-being. You'll serve as a key link between departments, hierarchical levels, and you will overview the execution of the creative vision of the Game Director.
$Responsibilities
Project management : Build and maintain both short-term detailed and long-term overview planning, in collaboration with department heads. Track the project budget and ensure ongoing updates in coordination with stakeholders. Manage risk and identify pitfalls before they have a chance to happen.
Internal communication : Ensure clear, specific, and traceable communication both horizontally and vertically. Provide the team and upper management with clear updates on milestones, risks, and dependencies. Communicate needs with internal and external stakeholders.
Work environment and methodology : Implement tools and processes that help the team work efficiently and comfortably. Define methods tailored to the team and lead by example in applying them consistently. Continuously adapt tools and workflows to keep them in line with the project's needs.
People management : Respecting personal life and mental health is a fundamental principle of our studio. As part of the lead team, the producer is responsible for safeguarding our inclusive, people-oriented, and no-crunch management policies.

$Hard Skills
2+ years experience in video game production, ideally with one full project cycle (from pre-prod to launch - no scope requirement).
A varied toolset of methods to take inspiration from : Agile, Scrum...
Experienced with project management and knowledge management tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, Slab...)
Strong ability to prioritize, structure, and synthesize complex topics.
Capable of overseeing a production budget, planning and staffing plan.
Fluent in English, which is the language we use all the time.
