Digital Platforms Release Manager

As a Release Manager for Asmodee Digital, within its operational / appstore marketing team you will ensure the release of the Asmodee Digital line-up on the digital stores (App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Steam, Nintendo...).

Key activities

  • Be the key contact for submission and release topics for the different platforms.
  • Ensure team support along the process.
Certification and submission
  • Handle all aspects of the certification process for the projects of the portfolio.
  • Ensure the technical store setup at early stage : app setup in the store, configuration of project's features and associated files.
  • Produce apps' screenshots in collaboration with the marketing team and the studios
  • Coordinate with marketing team and studios during the process to ensure delivery of all needed assets and metadata
  • Set up the marketing assets and prices in the stores
  • Make the actual submissions on the different stores in collaboration with the team of producers
  • Communicate about certification and submission requirements to teams to ensure validation of their project.
  • Report to teams all along the release process.
  • Set-up and follow KPIs to give management visibility on the release process efficiency.

Profil du candidat

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Planning or related field.
  • At least three years of professional experience.
  • At least one year working with digital platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and tracking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Apple, Google, Steam, Microsoft and/or Nintendo submission protocols and digital storefronts strongly preferred.
  • Basic PC software proficiency.
  • Project management experience strongly preferred.
  • Gaming experience on mobile/digital systems strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English and French, other foreign language a plus.
