We're looking for a Social & Community manager to join our internal publishing team. Working closely with our head of publishing, you'll be responsible for day-to-day social operations and community management, with a strong focus on content creation. This isn't a role for someone who needs constant check-ins. We're looking for a doer, someone who thrives on follow-through and is comfortable managing the full content pipeline from strategy to publishing.
The job is a full-time position, either hybrid or remote (CEST +/- 2h).
Profil recherché
Objectives
- Own and operate our online presence (social media, stores, etc.) : plan, create and publish content to grow our online presence
- Build and manage relevant influencer campaigns in collaboration with the rest of the publishing team
- Help create marketing material for our games (game captures, trailers, creatives, etc.)
- Build, grow, animate and moderate our communities
- Collaborate closely with brand management to ensure consistent and relevant messaging and tone
- Create and update media kits, websites, etc.
- Track key metrics to continuously improve reach and engagement
- Take part in the team's life by sharing feedback and knowledge
Skills
- Strong visual and editorial sensibility : you understand what makes content scroll-stopping and you know how to craft it
- Experienced in creating and managing social channels
- Proficient with gameplay capture and content creation tools (OBS, Premiere, Capcut, Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Gamer, understands gaming culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus
