REPORTING LINE AND TEAM :
Reports to Lead Community Manager
Based in Paris
At the center of a dynamic team of Community Managers in Paris, you will help them to build and grow the community of players, and keep them satisfied with our products
Support the effort on "Brave Frontier RPG" and upcoming titles by analyzing and relaying the community's feedback and emergent needs to the project team
Carry out regular community monitoring (quantitative and qualitative reporting on users of "Brave Frontier RPG" and upcoming titles)
Identify and create both correct and engaging text, image and video content for the community while building a strategy to grow the service satisfaction and increase retention
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness such as playtest and / or focus group while improving and developing a methodology so that valuable insights can be given to the product owner
Strive to maintain the satisfaction of users on a daily basis (respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
Communicate with the development team to identify and resolve any technical and functional issues
Participate in the development and set up including but not limited to process, support tools, forums and site for our current of future products
Coordinate with other teams such as marketing and user acquisition to ensure brand consistency and appropriate communication on new products and features
Assist with the development of the game abroad in collaboration with the marketing and user acquisition teams
Profil du candidat
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
You have a minimum work experience of 2/3 years as a community manager in fast-growing mobile businesses like media, entertainment or gaming industries
You have demonstrated an experience in designing and executing successful community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program).
German is your mother tongue and while being fluent in English ; you have a strong command of another languages (Japanese, Spanish , Italian, french)
You have demonstrated the ability to identify and track relevant community metrics, ability to interpret web/mobile traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
You are proactive, creative and keen to learn with an attention to detail and ability to multitask
You have the ability to manage and interact with different stakeholders.
You have excellent command of web, email and desktop tools (knowledge of HTML / CSS / PHP languages and of Photoshop are a plus)
You are an experienced player of "Brave Frontier" (RPG, Global or JPN) or any gumi titles
You have excellent knowledge of video games and more particularly CCG and JRPG (mobile or console)
