IT Systems Analyst
Permanent contract Paris (75)
Position Duties
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Analyst, working across a wide variety of tech and cloud solutions. This person will be reporting to the Senior Group IT Manager. This person will play a critical role in supporting Sloclap across various projects.
Responsibilities :
Maintain and improve current tooling and connections between IT services to improve efficiency and reduce errors
Administrate the maintenance, configuration, and business continuity of IT services
Conduct post-mortems and root cause analysis for IT service outages
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
Monitor services uptime and ensure business continuity
Manage automation and tool to improve managing our endpoints through Intune
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability & security
Establish and centralized system logs of IT services
Own projects, overseeing a project from start to finish. Accountable for establishing project milestones and project deliverables
Routinely contributes to IT documentation and Knowledge Base
Assist with vendor relationships for IT services
Assist with projects and tasks outside of the day-to-day responsibilities
Candidate Profile
Requirements :
5+ years previous work experience ; 3+ years previous experience in a similar role
You are a doer, strive for excellence, and make every effort to unblock issues.
You have a passion for automation and improving work efficiency
Versioning tools knowledge (Perforce, GIT, etc..)
Working knowledge of virtualization, AWS, VMWare, or equivalent
A proven track record of developing and implementing IT services
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
A self-starter, ability to multitask, prioritize issues based on severity and work independently
Maintain close attention to detail and follows a task to completion
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
A good understanding of networking (familiar with OSI model)
A good understanding of localized infrastructure
Desirable :
Experience within the video gaming sector
Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
Experience with Perforce
Experience with migration from gsuite to 365

Job opening immediately. Our studio is based in the 20e district of Paris. The job isn't open for remote work. We prefer a fixed-term contract but freelance is possible if the candidate can come to the office.
