Sandfall Interactive is a game development studio based in France, based in the sunny city of Montpellier and with additional offices in Paris.

We are creating premium games for PC and new-gen consoles, and are looking for talented collaborators and passionate gamers to join us on this exciting journey.

Our current project, Clair Obscur : Expedition 33, is a 3D turn-based RPG with a captivating blend of fantasy and Belle Époque art style, powered by Unreal Engine 5. The game is published by Kepler Interactive.

As IT Manager, you will maintain and improve the internal company infrastructure, focusing on both hardware and software, to make sure the development team can work efficiently and without disruptions.

Tasks

• Manage on-site network hardware (router, switch, firewall...)
  
• Oversee server infrastructure (NAS, build machines)
  
• Improve IT infrastructure (new servers integration, manage software deployment processes, integrate SSO with various software and services)
  
• Handle hardware inventory (purchase, tracking)
  
• Maintain incident management protocols
  
• Provide daily team support, including deployment of new computers
  
• Support on DevOps topics
  

Skills Required

• Proficient with both Microsoft Server and Linux environment
  
• Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra is required
  
• Knowledge of network hardware is required (routers, switches, firewalls...)
  
• You know how to troubleshoot common end-user hardware issues
  
• You are knowledgeable about security best practices and incident management
  
• You are proactive in suggesting and implementing infrastructure improvements
  
• You are organized and communicate well with technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
  

Experience

• Previous IT experience is required
  

You're willing to work in Montpellier

• You speak fluent French and English
