Description du poste

Reporting line and team
  • Reports to Technical Director
  • Part of Paris Studio at gumi Europe's
Core responsibilities
  • Install, test and configure new workstations (Mac OS, Windows 7 & 8, Suite Office, Google Apps, + software's installation...), VOIP phones and printers
  • Manage computer setup and deployment and perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades
  • Manage interventions on network equipments : WIFI (Cisco AP), VPN (OpenVPN), switch (Netgear), Firewall
  • Maintain and update hardware and software inventory
  • Manage administration of internal IT tools (Atlassian : Jira, Confluence, HipChat)
  • Manage security of IT system (antivirus, passwords managements...)
  • Provide assistance and IT support to users
  • Document internal procedures
  • Participate to internal IT projects

Profil du candidat

  • First experience (internships included) as Helpdesk or Admin Sys
  • Knowledge in programming (python, bash,...)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation and willing to work on diverse technical environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, you like teamwork and interaction
  • Good level in English
