Position Duties

Talent acquisition part :
  • Identify, contact and pre-select a pool of candidates for Junior profiles (interns/employees, young graduates) and prepare the associated contractual documents ;
  • Distribute advertisements through various channels (job boards, career site, social networks, schools, etc.) ;
  • Participate in internal or external recruitment events ;
  • Relay the recruitment communications on social networks ;
  • Supporting newcomers in their integration.

Administrative part :
  • Management of hirings and departures ;
  • Follow-up of hiring formalities : DPAE, work permit requests, affiliation and cancellation forms for mutual insurance and provident funds, relations with the various organizations, etc.
  • Establishment and follow-up of contracts and amendments : Fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts, trial periods etc.

HR development part :
  • Uniting employees around the company culture ;
  • Participate in the development of the employer brand ;
  • Participate in the follow-up of the training courses (relations with the OPCO, input of the requests).

Candidate Profile

What you prefer in gaming is to explore discord servers to meet up with new skilled gamers. The primary Twitch directory you watch is Just Chatting to know more about who's who. When Animal Crossing : New Horizons got released, you created your own island to keep interviewing applicants you couldn't physically meet because of lockdown.   • You're studying for a master's degree in HR, and you'd like to become a master in recruitment ;
  • You have a great capacity of adaptation and you are a strong proposer ;
  • You are fluent in English.
