Informations supplémentaires

In 2018, Unity is setting a high priority on delivering high quality, artist friendly tools to our core engine. One of the keys tools in development is the visual material editor which allows users to easily make materials by connecting nodes and plugging in textures and similar. (github.com/Unity-Technologies/ShaderGraph).

We are also developing a tool for Custom Render Textures which will allow Unity Developers to procedurally create textures based on shader code at runtime. (docs.unity3d.com/Manual/CustomRenderTextures.html)

We aim to connect together these tools and extend them to output textures and we are also working towards using our visual material editor to author decals. In this context, we are looking for a motivated student worker to help us with these tasks. You will be working as a part of the graphics team and under the supervision of the lead programmer and you will integrate these tools and improve them.
