Sandfall Interactive is a game development studio based in France, based in the sunny city of Montpellier and with additional offices in Paris.

We are creating premium games for PC and new-gen consoles, and are looking for talented collaborators and passionate gamers to join us on this exciting journey.

Our current project, Project W, is a 3D turn-based RPG with a captivating blend of fantasy and Belle Époque art style, powered by Unreal Engine 5 and recipient of an Epic MegaGrant.

As Cinematic Artist Intern, your role will be to assist the cinematic team into making cutscenes for our game. We are looking for someone who is able to create high quality cutscenes, with a keen eye and a good sense of staging.

TASKS :

• Use Unreal Engine's Sequencer to create cutscenes, using the game's different assets, environments, characters, animations, lightings, VFX...
  
• Import and sync voicing files
  
• Helping on lighting and various cutscenes improvements
  

SKILLS

• You have experience in making cutscenes with Unreal Engine Sequencer tool
  
• You know how to film a story or a dialogue to make it look good, you know about the theory of film making and how to apply it in practice
  
• You love playing games (if you like games like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest or Persona it's even better)
  

EXPERIENCE

• Portfolio of cutscenes / movies made in Unreal Engine
  
• Previous experience on a 3D video game
  

MISC

• You're willing to work in Paris (11e).
  
• You speak fluent French and/or English.
  
• Intern gross salary : 900 euros / month
  
• Position starting ASAP - spring 2024.
