You will join the Production department within the team dedicated to our headline IP : Little Nightmares. You will provide support in relation to the day-to-day production activities related to assigned projects (coordination, milestone reviews support, documentation, etc.).
Your missions will be as follows (non-exhaustive list) :
- Help ensuring that milestone deliverables are met
- Provide feedback on the current advancement of the project
- Help the team to improve specific processes and organize documentation
- Support Publisher production related activities
- Provides a qualitive support to the Little Nightmares Production team by reviewing the game on multiple platforms, make comparative playthroughs, liaise with QA, etc.
- Support the creation and maintenance of detailed schedule in collaboration with all teams involved on the project
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting on the project.
- Coordinate and track activities and assets to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
- Track progress to ensure that work done is always relevant and timely
- Coordinate with different internal departments, our subsidiaries around the world, the US branch and external development studios
- Co-ordinate the build process and delivery of versions to QA, Localization, PR and rating agencies
- Liaise with all teams involved on the project to facilitate communication
- Follow up on quality testing, in-game texts translation and submission to first parties, certification, age ratings requirements
- Ensure a good tracking of all meetings through meeting notes
- Participate to creative sessions
This position will allow you to familiarise with the various areas covered by Publisher production activities within an international context.
Profil recherché
- Enrolled in a relevant degree, ideally majoring in video game, project management, or other related fields like entertainment or culture
- A first experience in the entertainment industry is appreciated but not mandatory
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Good communication skills in French
- Knowledge in using Outlook and the Office pack is required
- Knowledge in using Jira and Confluence
- Social and organisational skills
- Adaptability
- Ability to summarise
Informations supplémentaires
Location : 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract : full-time internship for 6 months
Start date : from January 2026
Remuneration : dependent on degree level (from 1,000€ to 1,200€ per month)
