What You'll Do :
  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts and a user researcher, fostering collaboration and maximizing individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for our game portfolio, ensuring data collection, analysis, and visualization meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, design) to translate data insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize game features, monetization strategies, and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in game analytics, user research methodologies, and data visualization techniques.
  • Communicate complex data insights to leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Profil recherché

What You Bring :
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the video game industry.
  • Proven track record of using data and user research to drive product strategy and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of game analytics principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., SQL, data visualization software).
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for video games and a deep understanding of player behavior and motivations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points :
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) research best practices.
  • Experience building and managing data pipelines and data warehouses.
  • A programming language like Python or R.
