Console Release Manager

Dear Villagers works with talented developers/studios from around the world to help them achieve their projects' highest goals. As a member of our production team and in coordination with our marketing and sales teams, you will lead the release of our games on modern consoles - managing the bridge between our village and each console manufacturer's world.
You will :
Create and maintain a combined console release plan for each of our games
Coordinate console submission and release processes with production, each studio, and the relevant porting partner/s
Track and report progress for externalized porting projects
Manage submissions and certification processes for all console releases
Manage age-rating processes with appropriate distribution partners
Create and optimize the console store pages for our games
Establish good working relationships with contacts from the console manufacturers
Coordinate with distribution and co-publishing partners on console-specific deals
Maintain documentation and provide support (internally and externally) as console processes are updated
Fluent in English and French
Excellent communication skills
Versatility and capacity to adapt to very different game projects
Proven knowledge of release pipeline for modern consoles (PS4, PS5, XB1, XBS, NSW)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge of porting studio needs and process expectations a plus
